Impact
The Civil and Architectural Engineering and Construction Management Department (CAECM) is committed to an application-based, practical education that has remained a staple since the program's inception. Our program has graduated hundreds of students who go on to make an impact around the world in the engineering and construction management fields.
Private philanthropy to the CAECM department empowers the university to:
- Provide students opportunities to compete and learn from their peers through the Concrete Canoe, Steel Bridge and Mechanical Contractors Association of America student competitions
- Equip our laboratories with top tier technology to provide meaningful and educational experiences in the classroom
- Support large-scale events that are designed to help our students grow personally and professionally
We Need Your Help!
Making a gift to the CAECM department supports the programs initiatives and strengthens our ability to address unique challenges and opportunities that are presented to our students studying Civil and Architectural Engineering and Construction Management. Today your impact can be increased thanks to a challenge gift from alum Gene Sheedy '94. Gene will match all gifts to CAECM funds dollar for dollar up to $2,000. Gifts of any size count towards this challenge. When we come together, we can do extraordinary things.
