24 Hours of Extraordinary Opportunities For MSOE! 


Each year, MSOE challenges our alumni, faculty, staff, parents and friends to come together to support the university and the students we serve during our annual Giving Day. For 24 hours, we will rally support for numerous areas of our campus.


Our Giving Day results are a true testament to the Raider Spirit and the strength of our MSOE community. Consider what we accomplished - last year we came together to raise $308,885 from 332 people. Not only did we top our goal, but also reaffirmed our commitment to each other in a time of need. 

MSOE Family, our Giving Day is all about participation and support. Lets come together to make an even bigger impact!


VIP Prizes will be drawn throughout the day between noon - 6pm. Any gift made to a Giving Day Match Bucket qualifies for this raffle. Each winner can choose their prize from the remaining options. Donate early to be included in drawings for the rest of the day!

  • STEM on Site Session for Your Student's Classroom
  • MSOE Summer Parking Pass - Fulfilled
  • President's Golf Outing Experience
  • MSOE Baseball Experience
  • Private Tasting at Central Standard Craft Distillery - Fulfilled 
  • Any MSOE alumni who makes a gift to any fund of $25 or more during Giving Day will be eligible for a chance to receive a free medium sized brick  paver in MSOE's new University Terrace.
  • Any student who participates in an MSOE Giving Day Event will also be eligible for a chance to receive a free medium brick paver in the University Terrace.

Students, Faculty/Staff, Alumni and Families are welcome to join us on campus throughout the day to celebrate #MSOEDay. Students will earn a raffle ticket for each event they attend for a chance to win gift cards or other student prizes.

  • Morning Energizer 7:30-9:30am, Spitzer Dining Commons
  • Straw Bridge Building Competition, Photobooth, and Gaming, 11:30am - 1:30pm, Spitzer Dining Commons
  • Movie Night 6-8pm, The Cove, Viets Tower

Get the whole family involved with the Roscoe Raider Coloring Contest. Have your child's artwork displayed in the Spitzer Dining Commons and have a chance at winning a Roscoe stuffie!

    • Think you spotted our very own Roscoe Raider on campus? Snap a picture with Roscoe while he is sailing around campus and tag MSOE social media accounts along with #MSOEDay to be entered for a chance to win a cool prize! 

  • #MSOEDay Photobooth
    • Have fun and share your Raiders' Pride at our photobooth in the Spitzer Dining Commons on #MSOEDay! Images will be texted to you to share immediately on social media. Share using #MSOEDay and tag MSOE accounts to be entered to win a cool prize!

NSBE Matching Challenge
Join Dr. Michael Barber '82 and Dr. Jacqueline Herd-Barber '84 in naming a Dierck's Hall conference room in honor of the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE). All gifts made to NSBE will be matched dollar for dollar up to $6,500, thanks to their generosity and dedication to the program.
