OUR GIVING DAY MAY BE OVER BUT YOU CAN STILL MAKE A GIFT HERE!
EECS Department

Impact

The Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Department (EECS) is preparing our students to become future leaders in constantly evolving areas such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, cybersecurity, renewable energy and medical device technology. The department continues to grow as we recruit more students in the fields of EECS that are taught by our nationally recognized faculty.

Private philanthropy to the EECS department empowers the university to:

  • Provide our students access to cutting edge technology, including specialized labs, in the Dwight and Dian Diercks Computational Science Hall
  • Support senior design projects that allow our students additional real-world experience as a capstone to their education
  • Offer competitive scholarships to a diverse population of students

We Did It!

Making a gift to the EECS department will have a huge impact on the students we serve and provide them ample opportunities to succeed. Today your impact can be increased thanks to a challenge from alumni Craig Conaty '88 and DeAnna Conaty, whose daughter is attending MSOE and studying in the EECS department. Thanks to your support, we have unlocked an additional $2,500 for the EECS Department from Craig and Deanna Conaty! Gifts of any size still matter - please consider supporting EECS and the students we serve with a gift!
